To date, there are very few reference books related to the nursing process for nervous system disorders that meet the needs, even though the cases found in the field are very varied. We hope that the publication of this book will greatly assist health workers, especially nurses, in providing collaborative medical nursing care. This book consists of seventeen chapters with details: the first chapter will discuss the anatomy and physiology of the nervous system, the second chapter will discuss the assessment of clients with nervous system disorders, the third chapter will discuss diagnostic examinations, and chapters four through seventeen will discuss diseases related to the nervous system. The formats presented include definitions, etiology, pathophysiology, and signs and symptoms. This book also uses a nursing process approach so that nurses can provide comprehensive care that will improve the quality of nursing care. We hope that this book can provide a variety of knowledge so that health workers, especially nurses, can provide optimal service. In writing this book, we realize that what we have created is far from perfect, so we welcome suggestions or constructive criticism for the improvement of this book in the future.
