Nursing process documentation is a means of communication between nurses and the health team in providing nursing care. Along with the development of science and technology, especially in the field of nursing, the nursing profession is required to be able to provide nursing care professionally. To support the ability and facilitate nursing students or nurse practitioners in implementing the nursing process in accordance with nursing documentation standards, the author attempted to compile the book Nursing Documentation with a Competency-Based Curriculum. In addition, this book is intended to provide concise instructions to nursing students or nurse practitioners in documenting nursing care to clients in accordance with the expected goals of increasingly better and quality nursing services. This book is a collection of lecture materials, seminars, and training on nursing process documentation given to nurses or prospective nurses both in hospital and educational environments. In addition, the materials used in compiling this book come from nursing books.
