Various things felt by mothers after a CS operation include mothers will experience pain or commonly called pain in the medical world and is the most common complaint in mothers. The pain will increase as the effects of anesthesia slowly begin to disappear in the mother's body. Mothers will experience obstacles when breastfeeding their babies, difficulty in meeting their Activity Daily Living needs due to the pain. Often mothers become lazy to move because they assume that when movement or mobilization is carried out the pain felt will increase. Early mobilization is one of the recommended techniques and is believed to be able to help reduce pain as soon as possible for mothers after a CS operation. This effort is very important to be carried out gradually, because it can reduce pain in post-operative wounds, improve blood circulation so that stitches heal quickly, help the uterine involution process faster and mothers can breastfeed comfortably and can meet their needs with minimal assistance until the mother is able to be independent.
