Inovasi biskuit kelor sebagai makanan tambahan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas Air Susu Ibu (ASI)
This book presents a series of studies that explore the potential for innovation in the use of moringa biscuits to improve the quality and quantity of breast milk (ASI) in the North Palu District, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. The moringa plant (Moringa oleifera) which is abundant in Sulawesi has a high phytosterol content and has been proven to have a lactogum effect, increasing breast milk production. The people of Palu City have long known moringa and used it as a vegetable. However, through the innovation of processing moringa leaves into biscuits, moringa can now be consumed daily as a food supplement or snack. It is hoped that the consumption of these moringa biscuits will have a positive impact on increasing the production and nutritional quality of breast milk in pregnant and lactating mothers in the region. This book not only describes scientific discoveries, but also a practical effort to improve the health and well-being of the community, especially mothers and babies. Through a research-based approach, this book inspires hope for a brighter future for maternal and child health in North Palu, and contributes to the development of sustainable local functional foods.
