Following the restruturing of government's organization in Indonesia in the begining of 2002,a part of government duties and functions in the fieldsof labbourand transmigration is under the responsbility of the Department of manpower and Transmigration. Such a partof governmet's duties and function has been legalizwd under the dcesion of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigrtion N0.Kep.219/Men/2002 on the Organization and Structure of Departementof Manpower and Transmigration and the Ministr of Manpower and Transmigration N0.Kep.257/Men/2003 on the Amendement of the Decision of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration N0.Kep.219/Men/2002. In the frame work of distibuting information on that Departement's organization and stucture,the Centre for Public Relations Publishes this booklet ofthe Organization and Structure of the Departement of Manpower and Tramnsmigrationin bilingual (Indonesian and English Languages). It is expected that through this publication all community could be well informed on the authority duties and functions of Departement of Manpower and Transmigration Republic of Indonesia.
