One plant worthy of consideration for use as a traditional medicine is the Mas banana (Musa accuminata Colla) from the Musaceae family. Mas bananas grow well in tropical regions as a food crop. Banana peels are typically unused, but they contain antioxidants. One way to boost immunity is by consuming antioxidant-rich foods. With high banana production, the amount of banana peel produced will also increase. Therefore, considering banana production, a review of the antioxidant activity of Mas banana peel chips and tea was conducted, which could be implemented in the form of training for the community.
