In recent years, many drugs have been discovered to treat various diseases, including drugs that can treat fungal infections. The second edition of the book Fungal Skin Diseases discusses the addition of new last-generation drugs that can kill fungal elements, both directly and indirectly. With the additions in this book, the problems of skin fungal infections discussed will be more easily understood by readers. We hope that the second edition of this book can provide additional knowledge for those who need it. This book discusses general knowledge about fungi that can cause disease in humans, the division of fungal diseases and laboratory examinations such as hyphal examination, wood rays, culture, and histopathology. In addition, there is a discussion of mycoses that have been found in Indonesia such as mycetoma, sporotricosis, chromomycosis, etc. In each disease discussion, it is explained on how to make a diagnosis, differential diagnosis and pictures in the form of photos or illustrations that are very clear.
