Although the title of the book is Tropical Infectious Diseases for the time being, the title has not been changed in order to maintain the possibility of adding non-infectious disease types in the future. This second edition of the book is a refinement of the previous edition based on feedback and criticism from various parties. There is an additional chapter that discusses the new H1N1 flu disease that emerged after the previous edition of the book was published. Although there are still many types of diseases that often attack in Indonesia based on the author's knowledge and experience while studying and working in the field of disease prevention and eradication.
