This Interesting Case Collection of Internal Medicine Volume Two is a continuation of the volume that was published one year ago. As previously published, we do not discuss these cases too theoretically, but more practical clinical and some cases are equipped with algorithms to make it easier for readers to follow the management of existing cases. The compilation of cases in this book is divided into two parts, namely cases submitted as weekly presentation cases and cases obtained from the emergency room. Especially for cases from the emergency room, we do not complete them with a bibliography and authors, this is because the handling of cases is carried out by at least one team on duty (7 people) or sometimes more than one team on duty. With this division, we hope that readers can understand the handling of ordinary care cases and emergency actions well. We realize that this book still has many shortcomings, for that we hope for criticism or input for improvement in the next volume. We would like to thank the presenters, discussants (experts) and the editorial team who have worked hard and taken the time to publish this second volume of the book. Hopefully what we present will be of great benefit to readers in following the development of internal medicine.
