Manajemen trauma
Trauma patients in Indonesia will arrive at the ER/RS between 15 minutes to 4 hours and even longer due to the absence of Pre-Hospital Emergency Services - Emergency Ambulance 118 (AGD 118). In contrast to developed countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, France, other Europeans, Australia and Japan, the law requires the ambulance to arrive at the scene (Response Time) within 4-6 minutes after the request for help is received, so that patients with respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest can still be saved. If it fails and brain/stem death occurs, in developed countries organ harvesting can still be done for organ transplantation.
