The focal point of the visual approach is to provide medical students with and integrated method leading to the understanding of pathologic abnormalities. The cell biology component,althoug not complete,provides the necessary ingrediemts for integration with histology. Pathology students and residents my find this book useful for refreshing basic concepts of histology and cell biology. Histology and pathology are visually oriented sciences,and the visual cues included in this book can facilitate interprectation opportunities in clinical practice.
