In order for the community to be able to play an active role in public health efforts, it is necessary for the community to have sufficient knowledge in the health sector, have a positive attitude towards health and have the will and ability to carry out health efforts independently. Public health education essentially helps people take a wise attitude towards their health and quality of life. The existence of media in public health education is very necessary for health workers. Because with the media, health messages can be conveyed more clearly, so that the target (society) will receive the message clearly and precisely. Besides that, through the media, people are able to understand health facts that are considered complicated. However, in order for the use of media to contribute to the successful achievement of goals in public health education, the media must be planned well, tested according to targets, used according to its function, and its effectiveness evaluated.
