The shift in the level of education in the world of nursing in Indonesia towards the era of professionalization makes nursing care lead to patterns of care per organ system. The development of nursing care for the cardiovascular system has also changed, where Indonesian nurses are now required to keep up with the development of the rapidly developing medical world, resulting in changes in nurses' knowledge from the organ level to the physiology and pathophysiology of the microcellular level. To anticipate this, a prospective nurse needs to improve knowledge and skills in order to pathophysiologically analyze every problem complained of by the client, so that later nurses are able to provide nursing care to clients with impaired cardiovascular system function properly and can also collaborate with other health teams, with the aim of optimizing client health. Our goal in writing this Clinical Nursing Care Textbook with Cardiovascular and Hematology System Disorders is to make it easier for prospective nurses to understand the basics of cardiovascular system nursing care which sometimes looks complicated in learning and applying it to clinical nursing practice. Therefore, this book is equipped with systematic guidance on a brief understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular system, the pathophysiology concept flow section to nursing problems, as well as the nursing process with interventions and rationales.
