The book consists of 20 chapters, including 12 chapters on planned laboratory research sessions that have been tested and refined over more than 20 years and practised by thousands of students. In addition to presenting research procedures, the book Food Chemistry: Laboratory Analysis also provides information for students on accessing food chemistry literature sources, preparing research proposals, presenting research reports orally and in writing, and creating evaluation assessment sheets. The book also includes guidelines for preparing laboratory notebooks, as well as light appendices that facilitate preparation for various experiments.
