Parasitologi: praktikum analis kesehatan
Parasitology is the study of parasites, their hosts, and the relationship between the two. As a branch of biology, the scope of parasitology is not determined by the organism or the environment involved, but by its way of life, which means that this field synthesizes with other fields, and uses techniques such as cell biology, bioinformatics, biochemistry, molecular biology, immunology, genetics, evolution and ecology.
The objectives of parasitology, in this case, include teaching about the life cycle of parasites and the epidemiological aspects of the diseases they cause. By studying the life cycle of parasites, we will be able to know when and how we can be infected by parasites, and what the possible consequences are. Furthermore, supported by knowledge of disease epidemiology, we will be able to determine how to prevent and control them.
The Health Analyst Practical Parasitology Book is a practical guidebook that aims to help health analyst students in carrying out general parasitology practical activities, especially in laboratory examinations of feces that are adjusted to the syllabus of the parasitology practical course for health analyst students.
This Parasitology Book for Health Analyst Practice explains the definition, nature, and characteristics of feces, several parasites commonly found in feces, and the significance of stool examination in supporting the diagnosis of a disease.
By studying this book, students are expected to be able to understand the various stages of parasites and the confounding elements in them and be skilled in performing various fairly complicated identification techniques.
